Dear Friends,

When I was a child, my dad, Harpo, gave me an extraordinary gift by exposing me to the wonderous and varied musics of the world. Ultimately, through his loving and gentle soul, I received my most cherished gift from him when he made me his exclusive arranger/conductor.

Volume 2 continues featuring more performances echoing past works by songwriters who have given us so much pleasure throughout the years. The enduring quality of their music is tribute to their genius and continues to serve as an inspiration to audiences and musicians alike. Perhaps this CD is unique in the sense that I have composed interludes that appear between songs, creating different moods to frame the beauty and personality of each of these remarkable musical standards I have chosen for you.
